Opening of the Regional Conference of the Women’s Coalition for the Support of Al-Quds and Palestine – Asia-Pacific Region

Today, the regional conference of the Asia-Pacific branch of the Women’s Coalition for the Support of Al-Quds and Palestine was launched in the city of Bandung, Indonesia, with the participation of more than 400 coalition members from the region, organized by the Indonesian Women’s Coalition.

The conference saw the attendance of representatives from five countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and the Maldives, in addition to activists and human rights advocates from across Asia and the Pacific, under the slogan:
“Together for Al-Quds and Palestine.”

This conference comes amid growing global solidarity with Palestine, aiming to unify the efforts of women in the region to support the Palestinian struggle politically, in the media, and in the field of human rights.
